People should enjoy selling or purchasing property and a good salesperson being there every step of the way makes everything just that much more possible and agreeable.

Being a communicator is one of the primary requirements of a successful career as a real estate consultant, and I feel that personal communication with all the people I meet in this customer focused trade is the biggest asset I can bring to the industry.

Everything is always changing, but people wanting good service and to be kept in the loop with constant communication is something that will never change. After more than thirty years in the building and real estate industry I have had the opportunity to meet with all facets of day to day requirements. I thrive on the negotiating part of real estate, and do my utmost to provide that ongoing customer service, even after the contract is in place. I know I am customer focused and that my communication has been the key to a successful result for both buyers and sellers.

With my wife, Shona Timmins, also in the industry, Real Estate is part of our lives at work and home. We enjoy the constant changing faces of our jobs, and my other passion, travelling, which becomes the option for time out.
